A baby girl was found alive in a plastic bag and now authorities in Georgia are trying to find out who abandoned her. Bodycam from a Forsyth County Sheriff's Deputy shows the harrowing discovery. The child still had her umbilical cord attached. The new born has been taken to the hospital and is doing well. She is being called, India.
